With a knack for capital raising, infrastructure development, strategic planning, and operational leadership, Theresa has a proven track record of handling complex challenges in dynamic settings.

She specializes in creating sustainable financial and operational structures to align with the CEO's long-term vision, having executed equity transactions worth $3 billion, including IPOs, M&As, and capital raises.

Throughout her career, she has held significant roles including Chief Financial Officer at Promaxo, Interim CFO at Energy Foundation, Limelight Health, Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology, and Mission Hub, as well as CFO and other executive positions at various renowned organizations like Declara, Securieon Group, ADP, and Scient.

Prior to these roles, she served as Vice President in corporate finance, investor relations, and equity research, further enriching her diverse expertise in financial management and strategic decision-making.
