Dr. Tharon Howard is a prominent figure in the field of usability testing research and a dedicated educator at Clemson University. Teaching in both the MA in Professional Communication and the Rhetorics, Communication, and Information Design doctoral programs, he is recognized nationally for his expertise. He serves as the Director of the Clemson University Usability Testing Facility, where he leads sponsored research projects focused on enhancing software interfaces, online document designs, and information architectures for renowned clients like Pearson, IBM, NCR, and AT&T.
