A dedicated period in my career was committed to a profound exploration of my professional trajectory and the evolving dynamics of the market. Having immersed myself in the realm of customer experience applications for an extensive 12-year span, I recognized the imperative to recalibrate my future growth trajectory (spent months with my family at the beach in Brazil recharging).

During this sabbatical, I embarked on a multifaceted journey that encompasses a diverse pursuit: I have authored two books, immersed myself in the captivating landscapes of Lencois Maranhenses in the north of Brazil for an extended period of time, and developed a deeper understanding of the cybersecurity domain. My focus spanned critical areas such as email and communications protection, the intricacies of ransomware and malware, cloud security protocols, and the foundational principles of database immutability.

Additionally, I invested time and energy into honing my proficiency in project management tools, like Clickup, Monday.com, and MS Project, and delved into the main KPIs of this discipline. 

This dedicated period of self-discovery and knowledge acquisition reflects my commitment to personal and professional growth. It has equipped me with a diverse skill set, an insatiable thirst for innovation, and a profound appreciation for the complexities of the ever-evolving tech landscape.

During this tenure at Oracle, I held a pivotal role in global partnerships management for the Independent Software Vendors (ISV) that integrated and extended Oracle’s Customer Experience suite of applications. All 50 strategic accounts that integrated with Oracle’s Marketing Automation tool, Sales Automation, Field Service Management and Call Centre Customer Service applications fell under our belt.

My responsibilities extended to comprehensive discussions with partners, culminating in the development of joint marketing plans and solution-building exercises. I have designed and launched the onboarding startups program for the CX ISV Strategic team connecting us to the new "cool kids" out there. From blockchain-based logistic tools implemented with OCI, to rebate solutions for large wholesalers and retail operations we collaboratively mapped target customer accounts and devised expansion strategies to unlock untapped potential in existing markets.

My efforts were dedicated to enabling Oracle to navigate technically and commercially through high-end blue-chip companies like LinkedIn, Facebook, Paypal, Five9, and Genesys, cementing my commitment to fostering strategic alliances with industry leaders.

My achievements at AmberLeaf Brazil garnered recognition that led to an invitation to join the AmberLeaf USA team. This transition marked the expansion of their operations into the EMEA region, signifying my ability to excel in a global context.

Role characterized by versatility, encompassing the design, planning, and meticulous management of the implementation of intricate solutions. Notable accounts include working with EY from India, CIBC Bank from Canada, Axion Call Center in the United States, Vertex Financial Software in the U.S., Smiths Medical Pharmaceutical in the UK, Digital Shadows also in the UK, Euro Car Parts in Italy and the UK amongst others.

In addition, I assumed a pivotal role in presales activities because of my proficiency in translating requirements and concepts into practical, actionable solutions, combined with my adeptness in delivering presentations to audiences proficient in English, Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian.

As I embark on new horizons, I carry with me the wealth of experience gained during this transformative period, poised to make a significant impact on my chosen path.

Senior Global Technical Account Manager

This role was marked by pioneering initiatives that propelled the company's growth and international expansion. Amberleaf, a startup at the time, faced a host of challenges as it embarked on its journey to establish its first overseas office in Brazil.

My primary focus was crafting a robust go-to-market strategy, strategically selecting partners and leveraging targeted marketing tools to facilitate the rapid expansion of professional services. The synergy between sales, presales, delivery, and support across South America resulted in consistent sales surges, fostering exponential company growth.

Notably, we forged strategic partnerships with industry giants like Progress, SAP, Five9 and Oracle, while also collaborating with local companies to broaden our territorial reach and tap into niche markets. This collaborative approach underpinned our successful market penetration and business development efforts.

In 2016, as a testament to the value I brought to the organization, I received an invitation to join Amberleaf US directly, contributing to the company's global footprint. Highlights of my tenure include orchestrating multi-million-dollar negotiations, spearheading design thinking events to enhance engagement and quality design, demonstrating an analytical eye for identifying new opportunities, and effectively managing projects and teams to drive innovation and success.

My role as an Innovations Director at Amberleaf Brazil epitomizes my ability to drive innovation, navigate complex challenges, and foster substantial growth in a dynamic international environment.

I spearheaded our foray into international expansion, marking a pivotal chapter in our journey as a startup—a journey that culminated in our acquisition by a prominent systems integrator in the US. Establishing our inaugural overseas office in Brazil presented an array of formidable challenges, each met with strategic vision and unwavering dedication.

A paramount focus of my leadership role was the meticulous crafting of a robust go-to-market strategy. This strategy necessitated the identification of the right partners and the deployment of precisely tailored marketing tools. Our objective was clear: to expedite the expansion of our professional services within the Brazilian market and beyond.

With sales, presales, delivery, and support operations spanning South America, we navigated the complexities of international growth. This concerted effort yielded consistent sales highs and propelled exponential company-wide expansion.

We solidified key partnerships with industry giants such as Progress, SAP, and Oracle. Additionally, we fostered collaborations with local enterprises, strategically extending our reach, enhancing territorial coverage, and accessing niche markets that proved instrumental to our success.

Some accomplishments that I would like to highlight are the closing of the largest deal of my life, USD 13 mi in one sale for a national telco called Oi, the USD 800k deal for an American telco called Nextel, USD 500k for a national group of universities called Estacio, and more.

Country Manager

I was part of an elite group of only five professionals in the entire region equipped with the expertise to strategically position, quote, and present Oracle's recently acquired RightNow CX Platform.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I had the privilege of serving some of the world's most prominent brands while supporting global priority partners. My responsibilities extended to providing comprehensive training, facilitating service and license quotations, and orchestrating seamless communication with C-level executives within our client organizations.

A noteworthy aspect of my role was the development of comprehensive training materials and the delivery of seminars and webinars. These initiatives were designed to empower Oracle's sales executives and Systems Integrator (SI) partners in the successful migration of on-premises Customer Experience (CX) applications to the cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) model. 

This transition posed unique challenges in the public sector, a market where we achieved significant breakthroughs ahead of industry competitors like Salesforce and Microsoft. We successfully sold and implemented an expansive citizen experience operation for the city of Fortaleza, a testament to our pioneering spirit and dedication.

My contributions to Oracle extended beyond technical expertise: I played a pivotal role in leading and mentoring sales teams and channel partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, and enabling collective success.

I had the privilege of working with an array of applications, including Oracle B2C Service (formerly known as RightNow or Service Cloud), Oracle EBS (On-premises ERP), Oracle Siebel (On-premises CRM), Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Engagement Cloud, SRM (Social Relationship Management), and Taleo, which encompassed Learning and Content Management, as well as Talent Management for training and onboarding employees and associates.

During my tenure running my own professional service firm, I was trying to foster strategic relationships to deliver exceptional value to clients, particularly those utilizing Oracle B2C Service. My company's mission was to support and collaborate with RightNow's clients in Brazil, focusing on presales, technical leadership, project advisory, and the cultivation of enduring client partnerships—a mission that continues to thrive even today.

I engaged with a diverse portfolio of esteemed organizations, and some noteworthy mentions include:
1. Tok&Stok: A major retailer known for its innovation and customer-centric approach, where I contributed to enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency.
2. Unimed: A nationwide health insurance provider, where I played a pivotal role in implementing solutions to streamline healthcare services and improve member satisfaction.
3. TAM: A prominent airline, where I leveraged my expertise to optimize customer interactions and elevate the overall passenger experience.
4. GSK Brazil: A renowned player in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, where I contributed to enhancing the delivery of healthcare solutions and pharmaceutical services to the Brazilian market.
