Terry K. Quan

Terry Quan is a legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the media and technology industries. He manages legal practices and business strategies and helps businesses grow worldwide by providing outside general counsel services, business plan writing, and project management. Quan has worked with start-ups, market-leading media and technology companies such as Activision Blizzard, Vivendi Universal, and Microsoft, providing expertise in several areas, including games, film/tv programming, television/cable networks, and interactive applications. With a deep understanding of multiple distribution platforms, Quan is an expert in deal structuring and negotiation, financial modeling, general corporate and commercial transactions. He is a Law graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy/Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
