With a strong educational background, Jim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Yale University. This academic foundation has equipped him with a solid understanding of the legal landscape and business dynamics.

Currently serving as the Principal of Lynch Counsel PLLC, Jim Lynch has been associated with reputable organizations such as Axiom, where he held roles like Attorney and Consultant, Vice President of Managed Services, Lead Counsel at Goldman Sachs, and General Counsel & Secretary at Ziff Davis Media. His extensive industry experience spans telecommunications, technology, SaaS, biotech, media, professional services, outsourcing, and procurement.

Jim's career also includes significant positions such as VP, General Counsel & Secretary at GE-Satcom, General Counsel, Europe at Gilat Satellite Networks, and Deputy General Counsel at Cignal Global Communications. Prior to these roles, he served as a Corporate Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP.
