Prior to his consulting career, he gained valuable operating experience including roles as CEO and in general management. Terry's journey began at IBM, where he spent a decade honing his skills. In 2019, he transitioned to Career Management Partners as an Executive Coach and Outplacement Consultant, where he focuses on coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. Terry holds certifications from Coach Academy International and Hogan Assessments, reflecting his commitment to excellence. He studied Economics and Business Administration at Wagner College, setting a strong educational foundation for his career.
