Reporting directly to the CEO/Owner responsible for a team of 16 GM’s, over 500+ staff, oversee management and operation of Whistler and the Sea to Sky business.  These businesses are Longhorn Saloon, Buffalo Bills, Tapleys Pub, Garfinkels, Firerock Lounge, Blacks Pub, Stonesedge Kitchen, Mountain Club, Moe Joes, Après Après, Gibbons Festival & Events Co, Gibbons Beverage Company., Foon Ski’s and sales/marketing teams.

Responsible for operating system, budget management, company rhythms, growth, leadership, planning/forecasting, employee development, bonus structure development and social/digital marketing.

Carry out event planning and execution, involving large group booking/hosting, talent purchasing and logistics.

Perform product selection and quality, financial and licensing.  Negotiate contracts and deliver on supplier partnerships/deliverables to meet set scope.
