Dee holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwest Florida State College and has worked with several premium hotel brands. Before joining Graduate Hotels as the General Manager, Dee served as the General Manager at Admiral Hotel Mobile, Curio Collection by Hilton. Dee's experience includes working at the Galleryone Doubletree Suites Hotel as the Director of Operations, Sheraton Read House Hotel as the Assistant General Manager, Noble Investment Group as the Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Banquets, as well as Red Lion Hotels Corporation as the Banquet Manager.
