As an Instructional Designer, I am passionate about supporting instructors in their transition to online teaching. I collaborate closely with them to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience. I provide guidance in curriculum mapping, course design, and the integration of multimedia content and tools. By leveraging my expertise, I help instructors align their courses with accreditation requirements and online program standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences.

Throughout the course delivery process, I offer ongoing support to online instructors, addressing their questions and concerns. I conduct training sessions to familiarize them with the platforms and tools used in their courses, empowering them with the necessary skills for successful online teaching. Additionally, I actively participate in quality assurance surveys, ensuring that courses meet the highest standards and continuously striving for improvement.

In my role, I stay up to date with the latest trends in e-learning platforms and multimedia equipment. I conduct research to identify contemporary solutions that enhance the online learning experience. Furthermore, I contribute to the development and maintenance of design standards, templates, and best practices for online courses, promoting consistency and efficiency. By fostering engaging and inclusive learning environments, I aim to create meaningful educational experiences that result in positive outcomes for students.

During my 11-month tenure as the Interim Assistant Director of Marketing, I led impactful initiatives that propelled The School of Business. With unwavering enthusiasm, I provided support to faculty and staff, ensuring the delivery of MarCom requests that aligned with the school's vision, mission, and values. Collaborating with a dynamic team of student employees, we pushed the boundaries of creativity, executing thrilling marketing projects that left a lasting impression.

Fueling the growth of the Business Administration Minor was an exhilarating adventure. Leveraging email marketing strategies through the Emma platform, we engaged and captivated our target audience, driving the program's success to new levels. I also worked closely with the Business Administration Minor Program Director to shape the program's future by developing innovative courses that pushed the boundaries of traditional education.

Fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture within our high-performing team, we ignited sparks of creativity that fueled excitement and delivered outstanding results. With a keen eye for detail, I managed external partnerships, ensuring smooth operations and forging strong connections with our valued partners. Through powerful storytelling and persuasive copywriting, we delivered impactful internal and external communications that left a lasting imprint on our audience. Interim Assistant Director of Marketing

As a Research Assistant for one year, I had the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of academic research. My responsibilities included conducting a comprehensive literature review, managing literature in a spreadsheet, extracting relevant information from academic publications, transcribing and editing interview recordings, and organizing and maintaining ethnographic notes. Additionally, I played a crucial role in managing a case study database and assisting with data analysis tasks, such as qualitative coding, codebook development, reporting, summarizing, and running queries using qualitative analysis software.

As an Instructional Specialist for almost two years, I provided comprehensive support to instructors; involving assisting with course term setup, full course build, and logistical arrangements, and the implementation of Zoom for class delivery. I demonstrated a strong focus, proactively setting expectations to balance the needs of instructors and the development team. I took pride in creating resources and supporting documentation that addressed the specific needs of School of Business instructors, including course video editing using Adobe Premiere and the creation of digital resources using Canva.

Building lasting relationships with faculty members was a crucial aspect of my role. I worked closely with them to promote tool adoption, adjust instructional delivery for different modalities, and incorporate modern educational best practices. By providing guidance and support, I facilitated buy-in from faculty and helped them leverage technology effectively in their teaching. I also took the initiative to develop project tracking processes using Asana, enabling efficient task management and clear assignment of responsibilities among team members. Through my dedication and expertise, I contributed to the overall success of The School of Business in delivering high-quality education.

As a Teaching Assistant, I had the privilege of assisting instructors in the subjects of Information Literacy and Marketing Management. My responsibilities included guiding students through Excel Lookup and Financial functions, using Excel to manage student grades, and leading and facilitating class discussions for a large cohort of 150+ students.

As the Lead Peer Tutor for over 2 years, I provided tailored tutoring in Information Literacy and technical business writing. I supported the Assistant Director of Student Success in hiring and scheduling new tutors, while also leading discussions with a team of five tutors to optimize resource allocation for student needs.

During my remarkable tenure of 5 years at Apple, I honed my skills as a Mac Expert and Mac Specialist, delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing the best of Apple products. As a Mac Expert, I led a high-performing team, maintained strong client relationships, and provided top-notch troubleshooting support. Additionally, as a Mac Specialist, I achieved top-5 sales in the market while offering valuable insights and troubleshooting assistance to customers.

Before diving into specialized roles, I worked as a Concierge, guiding a multitude of customers and managing appointments for Genius Bar and Mac training. These experiences not only deepened my technical expertise but also nurtured my passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. With a proven track record at Apple, I brought my expertise, dedication, and customer-centric approach to each opportunity, contributing to the success of a dynamic team.
