Teri Bernert is a well-educated professional with a Master's degree in Urban Planning from The George Washington University.

She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Waterfront Historic Area LeaguE (WHALE) at WHALE, showcasing her expertise in historic preservation and urban development.

With a background in academia, Teri has previously worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Roger Williams University, bringing her practical experience into the classroom environment.
