Teemu Karppinen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in Total Rewards, policy creation, equity plans, and regulatory reporting. With a Master's degree in Network Economics and a Bachelor's in Telecommunications Technology from Aalto University, Teemu has an engineering mindset with an intent to improve things through an analytical lens while being emotionally sensitive to the system that organizations and individuals shape.
