Prior to Partium, Ted Mann was the CEO of Slyce, a market leader in image recognition technology, whose solutions were adopted by major retail brands like Nordstrom, Macy's, and Best Buy for visual product search in their apps, following the acquisition of SnipSnap, a coupon app Ted founded.

During his tenure at SnipSnap, Ted developed the first mobile platform enabling users to digitize paper coupons for in-store redemption, growing the user base to 5 million and facilitating the redemption of over 250 million coupons before its acquisition.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Ted Mann worked in the news industry as a writer and editor for publications such as The Atlantic Monthly, The Journal News, and InTown Magazine, along with managerial roles at Gannett.

Ted Mann is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania and Phillips Academy, with a BA in English Major and Political Science Minor.
