Associate Recruiter - Sales Development

Recruit for contract and permanent positions for Head2Head clients. Areas of focus were sales, marketing, finance, human resources, IT, administration & unionized labour.

I also owned the delivery of the Contingent Workforce Management line-of-business and acted as a subject matter expert on the legal best-practices, co-employment risk & administrative requirements of managing over 150 temporary contractors.

Program Specialist - Contingent Workforce Management

Act as the central point of contact for all client, partner and contractor inquiries to Head2Head. Liaise between the Head2Head finance department, client hiring managers, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth contracting, payment and administrative process.
