Erik Olsen is a co-founder, board member, and chief financial officer of Common Ground Committee, an organization focused on healing polarization in politics and society. He holds a leadership position in the national movement to improve the political landscape by bringing light, not heat, to public discourse. Erik's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business from Principia College as well as classes in Economics and advanced math from Daycroft School, where he also served as Vice Chairman of the Daycroft Foundation. Erik furthered his education with a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance at the University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management.
Erik has extensive professional experience, having worked as a managing partner at CataMetrics Management, LLC, vice chairman at Daycroft Foundation, principal at OAK Real Estate Investment Partners, and managing director at LHO Group, among other positions. He brings a wealth of financial and business expertise to his current position at Common Ground Committee, helping to guide the organization towards its mission with sound financial management.
