Taya Mliuzan

Taya Mliuzan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the personnel recruitment field.

In 2014, she established a branch office for an international recruiting company focusing on IT specialist and top-tier IT talent acquisition.

Her involvement in the development of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in 2015 led to its emergence as a leader in Eastern Europe within three years.

In 2020, she successfully completed her first exit and directed her investments towards the Salary Survey project, specializing in IT market research in Ukraine and other requested countries.

She oversees the analysis of data through an in-house system, which has evolved into a series of in-house solutions.

After a successful investment round in 2018, Taya started consulting startups in the HRTech sector, providing expertise in investment attraction and product enhancements aligning with market needs.

Currently, she is focused on automating recruitment and sourcing processes to drive operational cost reductions for recruitment agencies.

She also offers consulting services to clients seeking labor market insights and strategic talent acquisition approaches in various regions.

Taya assists entrepreneurs in the recruiting and HRTech sectors in managing cash flow challenges and promoting growth.

In 2022, due to the situation in Ukraine, she relocated to the United Kingdom and is actively involved in supporting logistics and coordination efforts, mobilizing donors for defense and reconstruction initiatives for her country.

Taya Mliuzan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law.

Her educational background also includes studies in various IT-related fields at Lyceum of IT Dnipropetrovsk.
