Tasos Kousloglou

Tasos Kousloglou is a highly experienced professional in the hospitality and real estate industries, with extensive knowledge in asset management, valuation, research, and financial modeling. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Asia Pacific Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore, an MBA from the University of Macedonia, Economic & Social Sciences, Greece, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Panepistimion Makedonias and master's degrees in both Real Estate and Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Kousloglou has held several executive roles throughout his career, including CEO of the Hotel Division at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited and Executive Vice President and Head of Asset Management, Asia at JLL. He also served as Corporate Director of Finance at EMAAR HOSPITALITY GROUP LLC and Head of Asset Management at OUE Group / Meritus Hotels & Resorts.

Throughout his work, Kousloglou has specialized in hospitality and real estate asset management, lodging, and real estate investments, as well as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, risk management, REITs, and securitization. His expertise in financial modeling helps him evaluate potential investments and make strategic business decisions.
