Tasha Russman is currently taking a sabbatical from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) to establish HomeVitals, a housing startup that focuses on utilizing housing data, social equity principles, and public health considerations.

In her professional background, Tasha excels at the convergence of user experience (UX), artificial intelligence (AI), and driving business impact, particularly focusing on initial product development in Generative AI and other emerging technologies.
With over a decade of experience in talent innovation within the education technology sector, she has worked on application models and technology solutions for various entities including governments and corporations in the US, particularly San Francisco.
Furthermore, Tasha has contributed to talent development and incubation support within impact investments and social enterprises across countries like Mexico, India, and Kenya.
She maintains affiliations with prestigious organizations such as the World Economic Forum, Carnegie Mellon University, Imbellus (now under McKinsey & Co), and the National Association of Homebuilders.
Tasha's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from CMU, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Cum Laude) from Scripps College, and studies at Claremont McKenna College.
