With a background in Organizational Psychology, Taryn has a wealth of expertise in Change & Purpose Strategy, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR/ESG), Social Impact Marketing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Brand Partnerships, Experience & Launch Design, Business & Culture Transformation, Corporate Innovation, Community Building, Facilitation, Workplace Experience & Team Development.

She has an impressive track record of building over 100 partnerships globally and locally, collaborating with notable entities such as Target, The Hartford, Airbnb, United Nations Foundation, Obama White House Office of Public Engagement, and more across various sectors, including conscious corporates, academic institutions, nonprofits, agencies, small businesses, and government organizations.

Previously, Taryn held key roles such as Vice President of Inclusion & Impact at Convene, a commercial real estate hospitality company, and currently consults on the relaunch of The Provincetown Bookshop, a ninety-year-old independent bookstore.

Taryn's educational background is diverse, ranging from studying Italian Art, Film, History, Language, and Psychology in Rome to earning a Masters in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Change Leadership from Columbia University.
