Taryn Cowart is a talented individual with a background in design and a passion for creativity.

Graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Gender Studies, Taryn's educational foundation is rooted in a unique intersection of art and culture.

Currently serving as a Creative Director at Instrument, Taryn Cowart has held various key positions within the organization, showcasing a wealth of experience and expertise in the design industry.

Prior to her role as Creative Director, Taryn contributed significantly as an Associate Creative Director and Associate Design Director at Instrument, honing her skills and expanding her knowledge of the creative realm.

In addition to her work at Instrument, Taryn Cowart has also shared her insights and expertise as an Adjunct Professor in Graphic Design at Portland State University, displaying a commitment to education and mentorship within the design community.

With a diverse professional background, Taryn has held positions at reputable establishments such as Rumors, Design Week Portland, Open Engagement, Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace, Kool Things, and Scout Books, where she served in roles varying from Designer to Art Director and Accounts Manager, showcasing her versatility and adaptability.
