Tara Tietjen

Tara Tietjen is a talent acquisition specialist with diverse experience across industries. Based in Maine, she's a California transplant who studied Mass Communications at UC Berkeley. Tara has worked with renowned firms such as Greylock, Ozlo (acquired by Facebook), Figma, and SignalFire, where she honed her skills as a talent partner, talent acquisition and strategy consultant, and technical recruiter. Her expertise in marketing and sales also saw her serve as Director of Marketing and Sales for MR the Barbershop before delving into the talent landscape further.
