Ray Marks

Ray Marks is a highly accomplished recruitment professional based in Colorado and provides full-service talent acquisition for fast-growing companies across multiple industries. He launched Marks Connect, his own firm, in 2011, tapping into his deep knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources. Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, Ray served as Director of Talent Acquisition at SnackNation and, over the years, has worked in sales, business development, and recruitment for many companies in different markets.

His unique talent is his ability to spot and connect high-quality talent with high-growth companies. He is a pro at building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike, and his ability to understand the intricacies of various markets combined with his deep insights into recruitment helps him close the toughest deals with ease.

Ray has a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has studied in Barcelona, Spain, as well. In his free time, he loves to ski, hike, and explore the outdoors.
