Tara Maggi is an accomplished Lead Delivery Specialist with vast experience in Campus Recruitment, Human Resources, and Benefits. She attended Canon - Mcmillan High School before attaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania. Tara's passion for talent acquisition and management started at Three-Five Systems, where she served as a Human Resources Assistant. She later joined Avnet as a Campus Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist, responsible for attracting top talent and administering employee benefits. Tara then pursued her career at Deloitte, where she served as a Lead Campus Recruiter and later progressed to become a Lead Delivery Specialist. Her responsibilities included leading project teams, developing team members, and managing overall project delivery. Tara's versatile skill set, combining strong people management, communication, and organizational skills, makes her an invaluable asset to any team.
