With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, Tara has worked for prominent companies such as Devoted Health, Mendix, Rapid7, and Athenahealth.

She started her career as an Implementation Consultant at Meditech, eventually transitioning to a role as a Staffing Agent at Randstad.

Tara then moved on to Athenahealth, where she held various positions including Technical Recruiting Manager, Manager of Human Resources Business Partnering, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

In 2008, Tara joined athenahealth as their first dedicated tech recruiter, showcasing her early talent for identifying and recruiting top tech talent.

Throughout her career, Tara's strength in building relationships with individuals has been a standout quality, leading her to excel in talent acquisition roles.

Currently, she serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Devoted Health, a role that allows her to merge her passion for health and wellness with her expertise in growing companies and connecting talent with their ideal job.

Tara is a proud alumna of Saint Anselm College, where she studied Business Administration and Management, further honing her skills in organizational development and leadership.
