Tara Lajumoke is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, finance, and consulting. She served as the Managing Director of FT Strategies, the Financial Times' consulting arm, from March 2020 to August 2023.1 2 Currently, she holds the position of Group Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (Global) at Bupa, which she started in September 2023.2

Prior to joining FT Strategies, Lajumoke worked at McKinsey & Company for over 8 years, reaching the position of Associate Partner.2 She also spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs as an Associate Manager in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and New York.1 2
