Siddharth Srivastava is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in data-driven, team-oriented methodologies to help companies expand operational capabilities through cost savings and operational improvements. He is a motivated self-starter and enjoys taking on new challenges while excelling in multitasking and completing all tasks efficiently and effectively. Siddharth studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and The Grainger College of Engineering.

With an impressive background, Siddharth has held various leadership positions throughout his distinguished career, including Quality Manager at Aperia Technologies, Co-Founder at GOODsend, Product & Quality Manager, and Operations Manager at ZeroBase Energy, LLC, among others. He has worked on numerous projects, ranging from cost reductions, margin improvements, to the development of new company divisions. Siddharth is passionate about implementing metrics to validate the success of improvements implemented that are team-driven, and getting buy-in from the team is paramount to him.
