Tara Klepec

Tara Klepec is a Senior Project Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association's FEP Research & Analysis. She holds a BA in Accounting & Marketing from North Central College. Before joining BCBSA, she worked as the Director and Senior Account Manager at Ipsos, leading a team of professionals to provide strategic consulting services and market research insights to clients. Prior to Ipsos, she worked as a Study Director and Associate Study Director at Synovate, where she managed ad-hoc research projects and provided valuable consumer insights to clients. Tara also has experience as a Marketing Research Assistant and Analyst at Amurol Confections and Research Partnerships, respectively. In addition, she worked as a Field Recruiter, Interviewer, and Supervisor at MidAmerica Research/Facts in Focus. Tara brings a wealth of experience in market research, consumer insights, project management, and strategic consulting to her current role at BCBSA.
