Jessica Silva

Jessica Silva is a professional with a strong background in Psychology and Human Resources.

She holds a Master's degree in Psychology of the Human Resources, Work, and Organizations from Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade de Lisboa, and has also completed studies in Psychology through the Erasmus Programme at Universitat de Barcelona.

Jessica has held key positions in various organizations, showcasing her expertise in People, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment.

Currently, she serves as the Director of People at Enode, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.

In the past, Jessica excelled as the Director of People at Lokalise, where she demonstrated her ability to lead a remote team effectively.

Prior to that, she held roles as People & Talent Acquisition Lead as well as IT Recruitment Consultant at Codacy and Robert Walters, respectively, highlighting her diverse skill set and experience in the industry.
