- Hired to manage the relaunch of the entire Avalon Organics health and beauty brand from concept to on-shelf:
o	Developed a new brand positioning, mission statement, voice to consumers and brand aesthetic to better speak to the modern holistic beauty consumer in an increasingly crowded and competitive natural beauty market.
o	Created new copy for over 95 SKUS that utilized the new brand voice and clearly identified product benefits, ingredients and usage experience for existing and potential new consumers.
o	Led the development of formula enhancements and five new products including clinical testing that filled in gaps in the existing brand portfolio and helped create buzz for the brand.
o	Developed all new selling and collateral pieces featuring the brand's new aesthetic and voice for launch support.
- Managed the relaunch of <a href="http://Avalonorganics.com">Avalonorganics.com</a>:
o	Applied Avalon Organics new positioning and look to the new website to ensure 360 degree marketing consistency.
o	Worked with an outside agency to develop the structure, navigation strategy and aesthetic to create the best possible shopping experience for the online Avalon Organics shopper.

Managed the number one lipcolor franchise in the Mass Cosmetics market, Revlon ColorStay Lipcolor, worth approximately $68MM
o  Responsible for all aspects of all new Colorstay Lip launches including identifying portfolio gaps, product development, package design, merchandising design, promotional activities, cost management, advertising and post launch analysis
o Responsible for management of existing products including promotional support plans, merchandising activities, new shade development, sku phase-outs and discontinuation strategies

Revlon

Lead the development of over 200 new global products for the Fall, Halloween, Christmas/Hanukkah, Valentine’s Day, Spring, Easter, Mother’s Day and Summer seasons.  Responsible for determining product lineups for each collection and managing a cross-functional team consisting of Product Development, Packaging, Design, Purchasing, Finance, Merchandising, Legal and Quality Assurance to bring new products to market.

o  Improved collaboration with Finance, gaining alignment upfront for pricing strategies and margin targets.  Delivered an additional $250K to the bottom line through exhaustive cost-cutting efforts on existing and new Seasonal products.
o  Increased the depth of competitive analyses through the introduction of extensive post season reviews for Senior Management, reporting on competitive strategies and market trends.  Introduced a competitive launch database to track new launches.

Godiva

Marketing Manager- Seasonal Gifting

Managed the Cleanser, Toner, Makeup Remover, Mask, Oily/Acne, Sensitive Skin, Whitening and Treatment Lotion categories within Estee Lauder’s prestige skincare portfolio, worth approximately $350MM and 20% of total global skincare sales.
o  Executed the largest launch in brand history to date in Asia with the introduction of the $45MM Cyber White Whitening line.
o  Executed the largest global re-launch in brand history to date of the Cleanser and Toner categories.  Streamlined the SKU lineup by 40% by launching globally acceptable formulas, clarified the platform positioning and grew the category by 35% in launch year.
