Tandy Cheng

Tandy Cheng is a seasoned venture investor with vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the technology, media, and entertainment industries. Currently, she holds the position of Director of Strategy and Investments at Sony Music Entertainment, where she is responsible for venture capital investments and M&A activities focused on the intersection of music, media, and technology. Previously, Tandy served as a Manager of Venture Capital & M&A and an Associate of M&A at Samsung Next, where she led the company's early-stage startup investments and late-stage acquisition initiatives. Prior to that, she worked in investment banking, providing M&A advisory services to companies in the tech, media, and entertainment sectors. Tandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business from New York University.
