Mark Boidman

Mark Boidman is a highly accomplished investment banker with two decades of experience in media and technology M&A. He currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Media & Tech Services Investment Banking at PJ SOLOMON. Prior to joining PJ SOLOMON, he held various senior leadership roles at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, where he was a member of the Global M&A Group and Global Advisory Committee, respectively.

During his career, Boidman has advised on numerous transactions worldwide and executed over $40 billion in completed transactions, working with high-profile clients such as Disney, Netflix, and Liberty Media. He is widely recognized as a leading investment banker in the media and tech sectors and is a frequent speaker at industry events such as Consumer Electronics Show and Daily DOOH Conference.

Boidman earned his LL.B and B.C.L degrees from the Faculty of Law at McGill University and began his career as an attorney in the M&A Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He is a member of various organizations, including the Digital Signage Federation and Gimbal Inc.'s advisory board.
