Tammy Marie Smalley

Tammy Smalley is a highly experienced conservationist with a strong background in leading environmental initiatives. She currently holds the position of Head of Conservation at Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. Prior to this role, Tammy served as the Team Leader of Marine for the national organization Natural England, overseeing conservation efforts on a larger scale. She also worked as a Project Officer at Wash Estuary Strategy Group, where she honed her skills in project management and environmental protection.
