Tammy Samuels is a charismatic and versatile change agent with over 20 years of diverse experience in management, career coaching & counseling, campus recruiting, organizational change, and human resource management. She holds a SHRM-CP certification since 2017 and is currently pursuing a SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential.
Tammy is known for her high degree of professional integrity, proven track record, and ability to build and maintain relationships in multicultural settings. She is a self-motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, excelling in project management, strategic planning, inclusive practices, and performing well under pressure.

Tammy Samuels' educational background includes a HS Diploma from Hamilton High School West, a Human Resource Management Essentials Certificate from Rutgers University, an M.A. in Counseling and Higher Education from Montclair State University, and a B.A. from Rutgers University.
Throughout her career, Tammy has held various significant roles such as Executive Director at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Assistant Vice President at LIM College, and Board of Directors member focused on Leadership Development at EACE. She has also served as Assistant Dean at Montclair State University, in positions at Duke University, Rutgers University, Wilson College, Medgar Evers College/CUNY, and Middlesex County College. Additionally, she gained experience in the corporate sector as a Management Trainee Program Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
