Tammy Phan is a seasoned human capital professional with over a decade of experience in recruitment and selection in the start-up, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. She has a strong passion for identifying top talent and creating successful matches for organizations.

Currently, Tammy serves as the Senior Director of Talent at BerlinRosen, a prominent national PR and strategic communications firm, overseeing recruitment and talent management.

Previously, she held the role of Director of Talent at The Future Company, a fast-growing start-up with a focus on social impact, where she crafted and executed recruitment strategies, managed internal selection processes, and contributed to the development of essential operational tools within the people operations domain.

Before joining The Future Company, Tammy played key roles in talent and search functions at Achievement First, a non-profit organization operating in Brooklyn, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Additionally, she worked as a human capital consultant, collaborating with various sectors to identify talent and nurture organizational culture.

Tammy Phan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Literature with a Leadership Sequence from Claremont McKenna College, as well as a Master's Degree in Urban Education focusing on Policy and Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
