    Tammy has hands-on experience with various analytical instrumentation such as NMR, IR, UV/Vis, mass spectrometry, and FT-ICR coupled with ESI and LDI, as well as techniques like ELISA and Bioanalyzer.

    Her expertise also includes organic synthesis techniques and diagnostic methods like IHC, ISH, and PCR.

    She pursued her Ph.D. at Purdue University, completed her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Rutgers Business School, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University.

    Tammy has held key positions at Roche Molecular Systems, including Manager of Quality Operations, Principal Scientist in Quality Operations, and Principal Scientist Ops focusing on Design Transfer and Technical Support.

    Prior to joining Roche Molecular Systems, she worked as a Scientist at the company and as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Arizona.

    Tammy also has international experience as an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow at Ruhr University Bochum.
