Tammia Hubbard

Tammia Hubbard is a highly driven professional with a background in education, human resources, and marketing. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Ithaca College and has studied at both the Ithaca College London Center and Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory. Hubbard's passion lies in building bridges with processes to achieve her desired goal, and she excels in seeing what needs improvement and creating a plan to make it happen.

After college, Hubbard joined the Elev8 Program with AmeriCorps, where she led a group of 10 underperforming students with the goal of increasing their functional grade level in ELA and Math while increasing family involvement. This experience, which she enjoyed immensely, taught her the process of creating an action plan, scheduling weekly check-ins, and building rapport with faculty and guardians. This approach paid off when she could see the growth in each of her students and watched them reach their goals.

After AmeriCorps, Hubbard transitioned into HR as an Onboarding Coordinator, where she supervised the onboarding process of 300 contractors within two months. She guided candidates step-by-step through the onboarding process and followed up via phone, email, and text to ensure the completion of new hire paperwork. As a result, the number of no-shows decreased by 10%.

In pursuit of her passion for becoming a bridge between businesses and their prospects, Hubbard entered the tech sales industry. She is excited to educate and provide a plan that is both tailored and well-thought-out during the pre-sales process. Hubbard loves being that bridge, seeing the vision, and creating a plan to meet it.
