Tamara Cooksey

Tamara Cooksey is a seasoned People Operations / HR Leader with over a decade of experience in helping start-ups scale. Her expertise includes leadership development, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, HR process/practice implementation and strategic workforce planning. Tamara has held several leadership positions in start-ups including Chief People Officer at Ingenio, VP of People Operations at Rescale and VP of People Operations at BetterWorks among others. She is an alumna of Sonoma State University and has also served as a board member & advisor of mentorship programs at StartupExperts.
