Tai Huynh

Tai Huynh is a cross-sector entrepreneur with a passion for improving public institutions. He made history as the first Vietnamese-American to be elected to office in North Carolina at the age of 22, born to refugee parents.

Tai Huynh's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School and UNC Department of Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds a High School Diploma and an Associate of Science from Union County Early College.

Throughout his career, Tai Huynh has been involved in various organizations and roles, such as serving as an Angel Squad Investor at Hustle Fund, Co-Founder & CEO of Acta Solutions, Town Council Member in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Product Manager at the U.S. Department of State, Civic Digital Fellow at Coding it Forward, Housing Advisory Board Vice-Chair in Chapel Hill, Founding Member & Chair of Administration at The University of North Carolina Institute of Politics, Realtor at Keller Williams Ballantyne Area, Teacher at Kids R Kids Learning Academies, and Crew Trainer at McDonald's.
