Tahirah Ogletree, hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, is a versatile personality known for her work as an award-winning author, actress, model, and indie filmmaker, highlighted by her journey as a domestic violence survivor and advocate.
After a successful corporate career spanning 13 years with a major financial institution in the U.S., Tahirah transitioned into the entertainment industry by establishing her production company, O'Tahirah Films, LLC, in 2012, showcasing her charisma, visionary thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Her acting credits include a notable appearance in a music video by artist and actor Tyrese Gibson, shot in Phoenix, Arizona, adding another dimension to her multifaceted career.
In 2014, Tahirah embarked on a groundbreaking mission to raise awareness about domestic violence, culminating in the creation of The O'Tahirah Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization supporting domestic violence survivors.
Alongside her foundation, Tahirah launched the brand O'TAHIRAH®, released a book titled 'SURVIVORS Celebrating Life Beyond Domestic Violence,' and initiated clothing lines and awareness campaigns, all aimed at empowering and educating individuals impacted by domestic violence.
