T. S. (Steve) Marshall, Ph.D., is a military veteran with 25 years of leadership and professional development training, consulting, and coaching experience across various sectors including national/multinational businesses and government entities.

He possesses proven expertise in Lean methodologies, instructional design, tests and measurement, and curriculum development for diverse delivery formats like traditional classroom settings, simulations, and eLearning.

With extensive managerial experience, he excels in planning and budgeting multi-year, multi-location training projects and supervising professional/technical teams, including subcontractor management.

Steve Marshall is known for his excellent interpersonal and communication skills, having authored 'Competent Leadership' and developed 18 tailored curricula and 7 in-house universities to meet specific client needs and organizational cultures.
