Sydney Wiley is a professional with a varied background in hospitality, event planning, and real estate. She has experience as a wrangler and stablemate at a summer camp and dude ranch, respectively. Throughout her career, she has been a waitress, banquet server, cashier, retail associate, stylist, event coordinator, bus driver, and realtor. Being a calm, patient, and caring person, Sydney works well both independently and as part of a team. She is also an expert in motivating and leading others and enjoys instructing and learning.

Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a Paracollege Independent Study focus on Women in the 19th Century, from St. Olaf College. She has been part of organizations such as the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, Windy City Rollers, Meeting Professionals International - Minnesota Chapter, and the American Christian Fiction Writers.
