Ariel Lessens

Ariel Lessens is a hospitality professional with a passion for science and learning. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and has held various positions in the industry, including Guest Services Manager at OMSI and Front Office Manager at Hilton Worldwide. Ariel is a hardworking individual who has a track record of doing her best in everything she does, which is reflected in her work ethics and accomplishments.

Aside from her current role at OMSI, Ariel has been a Teaching Assistant at The School of Hospitality Business, a Rotational Hotel Intern at Pillar Hotels and Resorts, and a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters, among others. She has also been a former Student President of Eta Sigma Delta Honors Society, Student Chief Executive Officer at The School of Hospitality Business Annual Alumni Auction, and Student Director of Events and Fundraising at Student Chapter, Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) at Michigan State University.

Ariel's diverse work experience has allowed her to develop various skills, including leadership, event planning, sales, customer service, and teamwork. She has a particular interest in blending her hospitality skills and love of science and learning, which is evident in her current role at OMSI.
