Currently serving as a Partner at Summa Alternatives, she specializes in introducing institutional investor capital to emerging market managers. Prior to this role, Shweta co-founded Startup Réseau, an innovative platform focused on nurturing startups through a comprehensive ecosystem encompassing Enterprises, Capital, Markets, and Services. With a knack for strategic planning, she significantly contributed to the success of Zone Startups India by spearheading operations and finances in the country.

Shweta's diverse career path includes a notable tenure as an investment professional at Mayfield India, where she played a pivotal role in identifying and managing early-stage investment opportunities. She kickstarted her journey in the startup landscape at TiE Mumbai, overseeing various cohorts of IQ Bootcamp and managing a community platform tailored for women entrepreneurs named TiE Stree Shakti. Additionally, she wore the hat of an entrepreneur earlier on, creating 'Chocodesire', a renowned brand recognized for its premium handmade chocolates and innovative surprise planning initiatives.

Her academic accomplishments include a Master's degree in Finance from Thakur Institute of Management Studies & Research and a Bachelor's in Commerce with a specialization in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
