I am responsible for PTS's innovation competition – a competition to develop solutions that contribute to more people being able to take advantage of the opportunities of digitalization regardless of functional ability.The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) monitors the electronic communications and postal sectors in Sweden.At the unit for digital participation, I am responsible for the area of ​​financing. In addition to the innovation competition, this also concerns educational projects in digital accessibility.

Realtid is a web magazine aimed at professionals in the financial industry. During my time the number of uniqe weekly visitors trippled, from 25 000 to 75 000. Realtid also was awarded Sweden's next best website for financial journalism in the Financial Hearings and Affärsvärlden's ranking and the third best in the Halvarsson & Halvarsson award for the economics journalist award.I was the the Editorial Manager, responsible for directing the daily news work, as well as planning regular assignments over the week and in the long term. This included editorial development and content strategies. I was a member of the editorial board and has close contact with the editor-in-chief and the CEO. Duties like:* Leading daily news meetings and coordinating the daily news work.* Leading weekly meetings following up statistics and discussing journalistic ideas. * Keeping track of visitor statistics, SEO and compile reports. * Coaching reporters and editing texts. * Main responsibility for the site as web manager, content manager and web editor. * Looking over different parts of the site, working with pictures and sending newsletters. * To some extent also a reporter role, writing my own articles and doing interviews. Worked with tools like Drupal, Webpower, Google Analytics, Chrome, Hangouts, Trello, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Spreedsheats, Adobe Photoshop.

Responsible for significantly having increased Radar's web and social media presence and raising online traffic. Head of Web and Content Manager, responsible for the web site and the digital communication for Aktiespararna (Sweden's Shareholders Organization). Also Managing Editor for the magazine Aktiespararen, the biggest magazine in the Nordics for stock and fund savings with an editorial staff of eight people.Acted as project manager and product owner in a big project for the launch of Aktiespararna's new site. It included switching of CMS, from Episerver to Drupal, from Compost Carma email marketing system to Mailchimp Mandrill, a redesign of the site and a host of new features.Working with requirements management against external developers, requirement analysis, testing, planning, strategic feedback towards the control board, enquiries of new functionality and procurements of for example SEO. Successfully delivering the project to launch.Also responsible for online traffic and reporting in Google Analytics. In addition, supervisor for Aktiaspararna's web editorial staff of four people.As managing editor for the Aktiespararen magazine I worked with planning and ordering of content, feedback to external and internal writers, proofreading and production of the magazine together with the AD-team.Besides this successfully acting as reporter writing articles both for paper and online. Some of the articles where huge traffic drivers, where one was Aktiespararna's most read article of all times. Producing articles about stock exchange, savings and tech in the form of news articles, CEO-interviews, chronicles and guidelines.Working with agile development and tools/platforms like Drupal, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Poweroint), Mac, pc, Redmine, Infront, Hogia, Skype, Evernote, Mailchimp Mandrill and Dropbox.

Editorial manager and responsible for the content production of Digital Teknik (a newsletter and digital magazine inside the paywall solution Summa). Covering the massive and rapidly increasing digitalization of society and companies. Target groups like CIO’s, CMO’s and Business Developpers.Also IT editor at Ny Teknik, Sweden's largest tech magazine with 400 000 weakly readers online and on paper.Working with stuff like reporting, editing, staff management and business development. Responsible for production and distribution of content online on sites, newsletters and in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram). Also working a lot with the development of the magazine and the magazine's editorial direction.Using tools like Newspilot, Escenic, Apsis, Mac (OSX), pc (Windows 7), Outlook, Adobe Marketing Cloud (Omniture),  MS Office (Word, Excel, etc), Hootsuite, Trello, Slack.The company was called Talentum when I worked here, later a part of the Alma Media corporation.

Responsible for the long term planned editorial content in Computer Sweden on paper and in digital channels with online as main focus. Managing a group of eight journalists.Type of content: Feature material, investigative reporting and long term planned news articles within all areas related to IT and digitalization. The group produced over 80 percent of the top stories in the printed edition of Computer Sweden.Besides this I worked with business development, and was responsible for online video production and for Computer Sweden's podcast. Bigger projects:* Developing and managing Computer Sweden's big list of the hottest and fastest growing Swedish companies within IT, HIT-bolagen.* Managing the big list of Sweden's most powerful female IT-professionals.* Managing three big investigative reporting series with special subject sites and social media coverage with hashtags: #Vårdröran (about problems regarding the digitalization of the healthcare sector), #Konsultkrisen (about the IT consultancy companies problems with shrinking margins) and #Skolglappet (about the big differences regarding the digitalization of schools).Used systems like Lotus Notes, Polopoly, Google Analytics, Photoshop, MS Office, Windows and Adobe Premiere.
