Suzie Leckie, a senior product lead at SSE Plc, brings years of expertise and knowledge in product consulting, customer experience, digital transformation, and online sales development. She obtained her education in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia at the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM) and her Masters in Social Science at the University of Glasgow.

Suzie began her journey as a Product Marketing Manager at Ebookers, where she developed her skills in product management and marketing. From there she went on to hold various positions at top companies such as Hilton Worldwide, STA Travel, and Virgin Holidays, further honing her skills in managing and leading successful product development teams. She also served as Head of Self Service and Customer Engagement at Sky, where she developed engaging customer experiences across multiple digital channels.

As Head of Customer Experience and Digital Transformation at PRS for Music, Suzie brought her extensive knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement to help transform the company's online presence. Her experience extends further as Senior Product Manager - Ecommerce at Hilton Worldwide, where she oversaw the development of e-commerce solutions for the company's global network of hotels.
