Frederique Oudkerk
Frederique Oudkerk is a seasoned professional with a vast background in e-commerce, digital strategy, technology, and product development. She has demonstrated expertise in leading and managing cross-functional teams, implementing agile methodologies, and driving data-driven marketing initiatives. Frederique holds a master's degree in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
Frederique started her professional career as a Team Leader at Ahold, where she was responsible for managing store teams and improving the in-store shopping experience. She later founded Envised, a design and innovation consultancy, and worked as a Strategic Designer and Product Owner at Greeniant, where she led the development of digital products and services. She also tutored at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at TU Eindhoven, where she mentored students in design thinking, creative problem-solving, and entrepreneurship.
Frederique has worked as a Senior Consultant in Consumer Products and Retail at Capgemini Consulting and as a Manager at Deloitte Digital, where she led digital transformation initiatives, designed and implemented e-commerce strategies, and optimized customer experience journeys for various clients. Currently, Frederique holds the position of Head of E-commerce and Online Assortment at Bever, where she leads digital strategy, product development, and technology initiatives.
