Created integrated marketing strategies that expanded Uniqlo’s key product categories resulting in +25% in innerwear, +8% in Knits and +22% in Denim categories within a fiscal year period.

Identified and built 5 brand, 20 celebrity and 50 influencer partnerships that drove a +12% lift in annual consumer traffic.

Led Kiehl’s brand and product positioning, narrative and oversight of 30 global market executions across media, website and retail channels.

Managed the planning and production of 20 integrated brand experiences annually with a strong emphasis on digital activation.

Oversaw Estée Lauder's Global Communications strategy with a focus on its luxury skincare, makeup and fragrance categories. Communications lead for the brand's ambassadors and spokespeople.

Managed Estée Lauder’s 40+ global PR teams in the planning of 25-30 press launches a year, across the skincare, makeup and fragrance categories.  Worked closely with brand functions on all launch messaging and tactics. 

Developed global PR strategy and composed all supporting PR assets. 

Supervised the planning and seamless execution of 10-15 PR events a year, which included brand Spokespeople and Spokesmodel appearances, backstage beauty initiatives at Paris and New York Fashion Weeks and annual PR Manager Meetings.                                                                                                         

Furthered Estée Lauder’s International business objectives by spearheading PR programs for regionally-specific skincare launches in Asia and fragrance launches in the Middle East, resulting in accelerated brand visibility in priority markets.
