Suzanne Hutson is an experienced Design Research expert with 18 years of experience in digital design, including six years as a Product Owner/Editor and Project Manager at the BBC. Her academic background is in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics, in which she achieved a distinction for her MSc at UCL in 2010. Suzanne's expertise spans qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, design thinking, UX advocacy, and stakeholder collaboration, leadership, SEO, and digital marketing. She has extensive experience working with organizations in several business sectors, including media, banking, telecoms, retail, leisure, and tourism. Her professional experience includes roles at prestigious organizations such as Barclays, Telegraph Media Group, and The Economist Intelligence Unit (The EIU). Suzanne has also worked with startups and local businesses, sharing her passion for design research by leading workshops and presentations advocating for a user-centered approach to business growth.
