Susie Robinson

Susie Robinson is the Chief People Officer at Pagaya, a financial technology company. In her role, she oversees critical human resources functions, including talent acquisition, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and employee communications. Robinson has over two decades of experience in HR leadership, having previously held senior positions at notable organizations such as Pfizer, Dow Jones, and Signant Health.

Before joining Pagaya in June 2024, she served as the Head of Human Resources at Kallyope, where she was instrumental in building the HR function for the biotech firm.
