Derek Shaw

Derek Shaw is a seasoned executive leader with a track record of success in various industries, including beauty, food and beverage, media, and technology. With experience across functions like general management, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technology, he now brings this multi-disciplinary background to many companies as the Founding Partner of Green Lyzard Consulting. Prior to this, Derek has held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Crabtree & Evelyn, Pulmuone Foods, Pacific World, Gallo Wine, Sports 1 Marketing, and S1Media House. Notably, he was a Co-Founder of Laid Brand, which was featured on the popular reality show Shark Tank. Derek's skills and focus include strategic planning, sales leadership, product marketing, business development, IT, and creative work like branding and video production. He is a graduate of Drexel University and St. John's College High School.
