Susanne Rheault is a seasoned psychologist and organizational development professional with over three decades of experience working with senior executives across a broad range of industries. She specializes in providing consultation services to management teams and individuals, helping them enhance their self-awareness and effectiveness while providing direction for change. Her extensive experience in executive coaching has helped many high-level executives gain the confidence, skillsets, and knowledge they need to thrive in complex roles.

In 2007, Susie became a Special Advisor for the Clinton Foundation Health Access Initiative, where she supported field offices in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Lesotho, Malawi, and Swaziland, providing a grassroots team-based approach to accelerate HIV testing and treatment uptake. Additionally, she coached senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness and achieve their objectives.

Apart from her professional career, Susie is a co-founder of Precious Project, Inc., an organization committed to improving the lives of the most vulnerable children, women, and community members in Nshupu, Tanzania. She and her husband, Gil Williams, reside in Nshupu for half of the year.
